Field Day Reminders & Volunteer Request
We are looking forward to a fun and exciting Field Day on May 1st! Please review a few important reminders to help the day run smoothly:
Field Day activities are for Forest Creek students only. Non-students will not be able to participate.
If you plan to check out your child to attend a sibling’s Field Day session (for example, a K–2 student attending a 3–5 session), you will need to check them out through the front office, leave campus, and return during the appropriate Field Day time.
We are currently in need of additional volunteers to help make this day a success. If you are available, please consider signing up using the volunteer form in the link below.

Enrolling a new student? Make sure to bring these documents:
Student’s certified birth certificate,
Immunization records,
Proof of residence within the school district boundaries, or bring your district transfer approval.
The last report card or withdrawal form from the prior school district (if available), and
The student’s Social Security Card (if available).

Good evening, Forest Creek families,
This is a reminder that our 5th grade students will take the RLA STAAR test tomorrow.
To help your child feel confident and ready, please make sure they get a good night’s rest tonight, eat a healthy breakfast in the morning, and come to school with a water bottle and extra snacks. We also ask that our 5th grade families please refrain from joining students for lunch tomorrow so we can maintain a calm and focused testing environment for everyone.
We are incredibly proud of our students and the growth they have shown throughout this year. They are prepared, and we are ready to rock tomorrow.
